Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom or handmade items may require additional processing time. If so, this will be clearly communicated on the product page.
Delivery Time:
- Domestic : 5–7 business days
- International: Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is in the works—stay tuned.
Returns Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a return, please contact us at ivorynepal.biz@gmail.com with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
