At Ivory Nepal, each piece is carefully created and quality-checked before it reaches you. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help.To be eligible for a return or exchange, an unboxing video is mandatory.
This video must:
- Start before the package is opened
- Clearly show the product and the issue
Without this video, we will not be able to process any return or exchange requests.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or resolve the issue as appropriate.

- Products must be unused and in their original packaging
